Harm Reduction Services is a public health focused agency that specializes in providing non-judgmental and relevant services to communities highly impacted by drug use, infectious disease, poverty and homelessness. The organization is rooted in the concepts and practices of harm reduction. It is dedicated to meeting people “where they are” on all levels, encouraging self-determined change, and treating people with respect and dignity as they seek to improve their quality of life and health. Its mission is to utilize a genuine and non-judgmental approach to promote health and hope without limits for all people through harm reduction.

Rad was a band from 2011 to 2017, releasing an LP, five cassettes, a 7", a split 7", a posthumous split LP, and at least one song on a compilation. The members currently (2021) play in Sick Burn, The Globs, Charles Albright and Blizzard of Al.
