Ground Chuck needs little introduction to anyone around Sacramento. Since the early/mid 80s, he's played in bands (like Pollution Circus and Outcasts of Society) and promoted shows and just always been around. His positivity is infectious. You may have seen his chalk art around town, or his stand up comedy, or his full make up King Diamond lip-syncing.
